Figures are cash prices at service stations including consumption tax (excluding tax before April 2004), surveyed on Mondays and published on Wednesdays by the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy (survey conducted by the Oil Information Center, IEEJ). Week-on-week changes compare with the previous published survey. Ranks compare the 47 prefectures; prefectures with equal prices share a rank.
